These terms apply to your use of React & Recall (reactandrecall.com). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. The service

React & Recall offers free brain tests and games that run in your browser. You don't need an account. We may add, change or remove tests and features at any time, and we can't promise the site will always be available or free of errors.

2. Scores are for fun and practice

Scores, percentiles and comparisons are estimates based on typical results, and they depend on your device, screen and internet connection. They are not medical, psychological, clinical or educational assessments, and they aren't a diagnosis of any condition. If you have concerns about your health, memory, attention or vision, talk to a qualified professional.

3. Your data

Your scores are stored only in your own browser. Clearing your browser's site data removes them, and we can't recover them. How we use cookies, analytics and advertising is explained in our privacy policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use bots, scripts or other automated tools to play the tests or to generate traffic;
• interfere with the site, its advertising or its security, or try to get around any limits;
• click ads you aren't interested in, or ask others to;
• use the site for anything unlawful or harmful to others.

5. Teachers and class challenges

Teachers may share test and class challenge links with students. Students don't sign up and we don't collect their names; a name typed on a scorecard stays on the student's device. Schools are responsible for following their own rules on using online tools in class.

6. Content and trademarks

The site's design, text, graphics and code belong to React & Recall. You may share links to the site and the score images it creates, but you may not copy or republish the site or its content as your own. Names of classic tests and games are used only to describe them.

7. Ads and links

The site is free because it shows ads, served by Google AdSense, and it links to other sites, including our sister site The Typing Practice. We aren't responsible for the content, products or policies of advertisers or other sites.

8. No warranty and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, React & Recall is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, including lost scores or results.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when they are posted on this page, and the effective date above will change.
